Controlling Temperature

There are many options for keeping samples cool during sonication:

• Use the pulse mode.
• Use ice along with the pulse mode.
• Coolracks chill samples and prevent movement.
• Chillers provide additional cooling capacity.
• Standard probes are approved for liquids up to 140°F.
